This is going to take a powerful “TEA PARTY “type of” MOVEMENT” The absolute arrogance of supposed “law-enforcement”, and especialy State enforcement agencies, who have decided “you have absolutly no right to question our “determiniation of facts”". I am a retired “agent” who has in the past been “delegated the responsibility” of assuring the political “fallout” will never “dust the doors” of our elected or appointed officials!!!

Have you tried bringing this to attention of the Vidoq Society?

We have had several similar incidents where male athletes have been found dead in local rivers after a nights drinking. 1 at university of Pittsburgh
and an even stranger twist in California Pa. where a visiting male athlete was found drowned . and in the same general area a young man from Baldwin Pa. from around the same time was found drowned in his pickup truck after a women accidentally let here vehicle get away and go down a boat ramp into the Monongahela river which runs by both campuses.

this is weird. i just learned about the smiley face killer after listening to coast to coast am tonight. last feb. me and my friends were getting drunk at my buddys house. Our friend zack had to go home to look after his brother and sister. he lived about 3 miles away. somewhere between here and there he disappeared. nobody knows what happened. he was found in the river in May. the river had been searched many times before that. but he was found in a spot less than a hundred yards from his truck downstream that had been searched before. the police treated it as and “accedental drowning”. sound familiar? the only weird thing is. i live on the oregon coast

After the Chris Jenkins case in Mpls, I said this has got to be a serial killer in the Twin Cities area…O moved here in 85′ and read the paper daily and there are just way to many young men disappearing and drowning and or just vanish… I read a story about a real estate agent in Woodbury Mn, that disappearred in mid afternoon, never to be seen again.. A young man left Decoys Bar in White Bear Lake, they found his car in the median of 35E,He was intoxicated and it was early evening in the winter, he has never been found or heard from again. Alot, of missing young men, less the ones not accounted for, alone… I think these police organizations know what (serial killings) but the powers to be do not want panic in the streets and campuses…I also think they think budgets, unfortunately…. this will continue to go on and it is getting more and more frequent… I think it is some sic individuals game that they are playing therefore causing time sensitive incidents. The internet is a vast area for all of the worlds sickco’s to find one another.. I think this is like a live human hunting challenge game over the net possibly…

Has anyone thought that there may be a connection wiht Lucas Helder. He traveled the midwest in 2002 planting simple booby trap bombs in mail boxes with the motive that locations would making a smily face on the map of the US. I believe he was a college student from Wisconsin making a possible connection to I94. I’m not saying Lucas Helder would be a suspect but what about High School or College friends?

I think you should check out occult human sacrificial practices. On you tube there is a former head of the FBI who says that their are many officials in high places who are occultists, it is all super secretive. Also read Eustice Mullin’s book The Curse of Canaan. Also, you know how supposedly there is some ties to this New World Order Luciferian stuff and the comic books the Watchmen withe the Smiley Face symbol. I know it sounds like crazy conspiratorial stuff but supposedly these “powers that be” and their minions practice human sacrifice through their wars and other covert ways. I bet this is way bigger than it even appears and has probably been occurring way longer than any of us would ever suspect.

It started out just one man, he was targeting young colledge age men at local hangouts, he is living in a car and travels familiar teritory. he targets groups partying at the local clubs . most time he drugs a pitcher of drinks and see who falls out first or who leaves first , he waits in the parking lot to help as a good samaritin. He was probably divorced within 14 to 18 month”s ago, he is astrainged from his kids, He takes them for his sexual pleasure, he has hidded his appitiets from friends and family of which he has few. He now has a partner he picked up on the road just as lost as he is a survivor of one of his off nights that is why an escalation of victoms, double the appitiet. It has become a way of life there is nothing else for them. They would be staying in cheep hotel paid for by the money and jewelery they steal from victoms and houses at random. They will not use credit cards will not leave a paper trail. Truck stops they will use as a place to sleep in there cars, Check the cheep hotels in the surrounding area arround missing persons or suspected victoms, cross check othervictoms surounding areas you will have your suspect list. He will by the way get rid of his help as soon as he tires of him be looking for it you will know it when you see it.

has the kind of water in the lungs match up with the same water, bodies were found?

I also heard your show on C2C. I still have to read your research, but I will.

I tried to concentrate hard, and I think that these guys, or some of them, were given the date rape drug, in their drinks, possibly.

A couple ( a male and female), or 2 males would likely be involved.

A better name may be the I-94, is it? serial killer.

Is that date rape drug routinely tested, with a toxicology screen? I wouldn’t think so.

Also, they could march these intoxicated guys, at gunpoint, into a body of water.

As you know, these tragic events just wouldn’t be either accidents, or suicides, as they occur in the Midwest, along this interstate, possibly a trucker, or 2 truckers, working independly.

I admire you for your hard work.

I will look for an online petition.

My heart goes out to these families, and they are in my prayers.

i bet its a jeffery dahmer type.a closeted homosexual who must stalk these guys,ply them with ruffies or some kind of knock out drug at a bar ,when they leave he grabs them .there is possibly some kidnapping and holding prisoner for some time it sounds like you said they would be missing for extended times yet only drown days before discovery .

i will have to read all youve done .i cant believe there are no cops behind this case .this should replay on AMERICAS MOST WANTED until you find some guy who maybe was on his way to being a victim yet got spooked and didnt get taken .he might see the story …and be able to give you some leads on a suspect.i cant believe the numbers are so high.perhaps he is a trucker ,who can travel all the time .
i would think if he lived in MI he wouldnt do so many there ,but maybe its just the oppossite.

i would try ,when someone is discovered …to find out where they were hanging out ,what bar ,then see if there was a witness who could place the victim at the bar …talking to who??

Are there any theories about where these guys are being held, during the time, before they are drowned.

Since the guys are young, and in good physical health, they have to have been abducted, and maybe traquilized.

Is there a reward for the capture of these killers?

Has there ever been a study conducted comparing the number of male college students drownings in these areas before and after these alleged serial killings started? I’ve wondered this for years and never seen any information from previous decades to compare it to.

I’ve followed this issue for a couple of years now. I was living in St. Cloud when Scot Radel went missing and, like the rest of St. Cloud, found it quite odd that a college student could be so intoxicated and inebriated that they would wander into a frozen river.

When I read in class tonight that another missing college student was found in a river I instantly had a flood of questions and anxiety about these “drownings.”

First, these missing students are, according to this website, all male college students. Second, it seems as though they all go missing in the winter months. How convenient. However, after finding this latest student, Craig Meyers, a new thought entered into my mind.

Has anyone, yourself or any official investigation, ever looked further into any of the police reports in the couple months prior to these disappearances-looking particularly for attempted assault or battery cases?

Here is my thought. These people, whomever they may be, may have unsuccessfully attempted their killings prior to completing them successfully. Such unsuccessful attempts could have resulted in police reports being filed by persons who were their prospective targets. It is possible.

What this all might lead into is collaborating evidence. Perhaps surveillance videos might link up with the corresponding events. A van driving around a college campus on any given night might not lead to suspicion. However, if this same van, or any other type of vehicle for that matter, could be linked to multiple evenings-especially an evening of a supposed attack as well as an evening of a disappearance-this could be a lead not previously investigated.

It is just a thought. Again, these occurrences of disappearing college men have intrigued me since they started happening with such frequency. Anything more I could possibly do to help out I would be more than willing to do so.

Turn your youthful cops into “drunken frats” (with a designated undercover bartender to serve them their “drinks”). You use your female undercovers to pose as prostitudes. You use undercovers to collar drug dealers. You have all kinds of tactics up your sleeve. If you really wanted to solve these crimes, you would. So what are you waiting for?? What if any one of these young men had been your son?

This may be another case… 2/Ithaca, N.Y. (AP) — Authorities say the body of a Cornell University student from Florida has been found in Ithaca’s Fall Creek Gorge.

Cornell officials say a passer-by saw the body of 18-year-old Bradley Ginsburg of Boca Raton under a bridge spanning the gorge.

Two firefighters were lowered about 150 feet from the bridge to retrieve the body after it was spotted Wednesday morning.

College officials said the freshman economics major was last seen early Tuesday morning. His dormitory roommate reported him missing that night and a search began.

Are you sure these started in 1997? I’m really not sure if its related but in 1991 my brother went missing. He walked to a grocery store through the woods along the Displaines River in Illinois at night in mid October and never returned home, he was 42 though. Someone found his body washed up on the banks of the river 6 months later down stream from where we figured he went in. At the spot where we think he went in was a railroad trestel, across the river which had the tracks on one side and a walk way next to it with no railings. He didn’t need to cross the tracks to get to the store but we were told that kids often partied on the other side of the trestel and my brother liked to drink so we thought he probably went over to bum a beer from the guys on the other side. When me and my two sisters crossed the trestel there was allot of graffiti all over the bridge and I had a really dark feeling. But when we were walking back my brother and sister went first and me and my sister went behind them. They made it to the other side first and screamed “TRAIN” all of a sudden through the trees and almost right on top of us was the engine. We held hands and ran as fast as we could and just made it as the train passed. After having that experience we were sure that he probably fell off when a train came, but now, I cant help but wonder, I guess I always will.

That was my other brother.

Has anyone heard of any connection with the just discovered death of the Texas businessman who was in New Orleans? He went missing last Thursday (3/4/10) and his body was just discovered today (3/9/10) in the Mississippi River. He may be older than the average victim but one other person was listed as a victim in the Mississippi in New Orleans and his body was discovered 7 years ago to the day – March 1, 2003.

What about the 3 Cornell students in the last month to be found (suicide???) in the gorge – and the Oswego College student also gone missing recently.
