Investigation Update

September 30th, 2009

It isn’t in word clues. It isn’t in graffiti. It isn’t in poems. The keys to solving these cases is simple: it’s reopening each case one at a time and proving the victims did not accidentally drown, but were murdered. If these young men were killed, then there should be evidence to prove it and I’m talking about the kind of evidence that could be used in a court of law.

Several months ago, Trish DeAngelis, a lawyer and former District Attorney in New York, agreed to review case files from around the country. She has an extensive background with homicide cases and a track record of convicting killers. DeAngelis frequently relied on the expertise of forensic pathologists to crack unsolved homicides and violent crimes. DeAngelis asked a respected and experienced forensic pathologist and medical examiner to look at autopsy photographs and reports related to these drownings.

Through their analysis, research and fresh interviews with witnesses and family members, we continue to find significant evidence overlooked by the original investigators. When there is conclusive evidence in a case, a report will be presented to local officials. We are in the process of doing that now.

Our goal is to uncover evidence in cases that will convince local officials to reopen cases and reclassify them as homicides.

Maybe one small link can lead to a bigger link. I have contacted someone who works at the Eau Claire location. He has worked there before 2000 and still does. He knows of the Minneapolis manager I was talking about. He hasn’t responded to any more of my questions yet.

I would like to take a moment to thank the Minneapolis Police Department for telling me that my brother’s death “wasn’t a shooting or stabbing, so it’d be difficult to investigate,” right before they did absolutely nothing.

My parents had to pay a forensic pathologist out of their own pocket to see if any chemicals were found in his system.

And now you worthless “crusaders” going around postulating that maybe kind of, sort of, possibly there could be a killer of some kind out there, perhaps, and maybe we’ll find out with your absolutely “retardedly” self-promoting antics and no real progress are simply SLIGHTLY better than the worthless cadre of fat corrupt scum that is the MPD.

I lost ALL faith in your ability to protect and serve ANYTHING but you’re own interests when my brother died…. and then *I* got to go back and defend YOUR freedom in the US Marine Corps five days after I buried him.

    Thank you all…. for nothing.

    @ Protectedandserved.

A lot of us know exactly how you feel.

I’ll tell you one thing – with a little digging and maybe some help from a PI ,you can figure out who is behind this. The killers have left enough bread crumbs behind to follow their path. The key is getting enough firm evidence to bring a prosecution.

Read Mrs. Jenkins book. You will see things in there that show Minnesota politicians and police are purposely derailing and impeding the investigations. This should have been detected in 2002.

Among other things, they told the Jenkins they had to ‘get a coast guard permit’ in order to drop a test mannequin in the water. The coast guard never heard of such a thing. Then one of ‘Minneapolis’s finest’ ordered them not to cut the cord to release the test mannequin. Finally they said something like ‘produce video (of Chris being murdered) and then we’ll bring charges’

Minneapolis and Wisconsin law enforcement are corrupt, lazy, and they are letting the people they are paid to protect get killed and it’s ‘difficult to investigate’.

One last thing – because of their sheep-like, lazy mentality, the people of Wisconsin and Minnesota are getting the representation they deserve. In the end, the populace is to blame for not holding their officials accountable.

I put this challenge to you, citizen of MN and WI – if you can mobilize in the thousands to go watch the Vikings and the Packers, but the murder of dozens of your children is not enough to spur you into action, all I can say is you deserve the law enforcement representation you are getting.

BTW, the same thing has been happening in the Dakota’s, but Indian tribe members are the victims. They are not getting any help either.

I am a teacher in the LaCrosse area. Another male student has gone missing. Every teacher and student teacher I know believes that this is being kept hush hush because the city is afraid of losing business and our 3 local colleges would suffer. If this boy is found drowned, who can say that there is NO possible way foul play is going on. Nobody can say that. What local police here say is that they have no evidence that shows foul play. What they need to say is….it is possible that there is something going on here. Anything is possible. People, professional people that live here, are extremely frustrated and disgusted.

I am so sorry about “Protectedan’s” brother. I will pray that somehow, somewhere, someone will discover the truth on how all these young men are dying. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Thank you for the work you do in the Marines.

My son Sylvester McCurry who is 18 years old has been missing for 4 weeks now. I have been told now by a few people they believe it is the smiley face killers. My son was at a night club, was kicked out into a dark alley and has not been seen since. This happened in Superior, Wisconsin. I don’t know a lot about this but I do know the police look at me like I am telling them a joke. They do not take me seriously at all. What do I do? How do I make them take me serious?

@ Tammy – Thanks for your email. I’m so sorry about Sylvester. There are many people praying that he will return home safe and sound. I sent you an email so you can contact me – feel free to email me directly at kristi@sfkillers.com so we can get in touch. We’d be happy to help you any way we can.

I am just sick to my stomach that another boy was found in the river. I can’t believe peoople are so fucking blind and ignorant. I could easily see the killer taking the boys shoes off and putting them on. Then he walks out on the river and back steps back to shore. Did they even check the treds or shoes size. This is really screwed up. I have a son leaving for college who sounds just like each and everyone of these victims and I’m as mad as hell. I’m so very sorry for your loss and the ignorance that is being shown.

Every able bodied strong male (recruit from boxing and martial artist gyms) to contact Kristi Piehl and the 2 private investigators (Kevin Gannon, Duarte) and volunteer to stake out he Missisippi River during the times the SF Killers strike. They love those extended holiday weekends where you have a weekday off the next day. They could remain in groups and carry cameras.

I wonder if they target drunk men and THEN force them to drink even more so that their alcohol level is crazy high…Craig Meyers alcohol level is apparently .28 (most recent victim from LaCrosse).

Hello, I am trying to get up to speed, okay? Are WE talking about gans from the begger cities, right? And I heard that such gangs are very intersted in having members of the white upper class college age status. Could these be killings that are gang inciations? Boy, what a chilling thought…

Here at Iowa State University, we have our 2nd missing male student. First one was found in Lake LaVerne. The second one, missing since Jan. 22nd of this year hasn’t been found yet.

We are right along Interstate 35, which seems to be something that is common with many, many of the others (or just a major highway, even!)

A Smiley Face WAS FOUND at the lake where Abel Bolanos was found. (April 2007)

It is beyond insane that these missing students and deaths are not being investigated by the FBI. How many is it going to take?
